You must speak with a series of people around Qeynos and its outlying zones.
- South Qeynos: Gracen Docks at ( 722, -19, 175 ) Copy/waypoint 722.48, -19.47, 174.69
- Qeynos Harbor: Randal Gromoe at ( 974, -25, 93 ) Copy/waypoint 974, -25, 93
- The Elddar Grove: Palla Jhal at ( 671, -21, -298 ) Copy/waypoint 671, -21, -298
- North Qeynos: Lady Rickson at ( 315, -21, -2 ) Copy/waypoint 315, -21, -2
Return to Duryo Valstath in Qeynos Harbor.

This quest only gives AA experience, not regular experience.
Completing this quest gives +40000 faction with The City of Qeynos
Completing this quest gives +5000 faction with The City of Kelethin

If a citizen of Kelethin prior to changing to Qeynos, you will lose faction with Kelethin.
