This is the first quest in the series to change your citizenship from Kelethin to Qeynos.

Steps

1. Pick up 30 pieces of trash along the Antonican Highway in Antonica
   • These show up as piles of garbage on the road itself. The further out from Qeynos you get the more trash you find in each pile.
2. When you get your 30 return to Duryo.
