How to Start

Find Ambassador Duryo Valstath in the Guild Registrar's building in South Qeynos. ( 556, -10, 168 ) Copy

This is the first quest in the series to change your citizenship from Kelethin to Qeynos. You need to be level 10 to start this quest.

Pick up 30 pieces of trash along the Highway in Antonica, starting from the gate.
- These show up as piles of garbage on the road itself.
- The highway starts from the Qeynos gates, so don't use the mariner's bell to go to Antonica docks.
Go to Friar Montego (448, -20, -242) and purchase a Donation Receipt.
