What does this information mean?

Steps

1. To join the Hearts a'Flutter competition, I must first head to the starter pad.
   • Step on the Hearts a'Flutter starter pad to begin ( 47, -19, -28 ) Copy/waypoint 47, -19, -28
2. The Hearts a'Flutter competition will start soon. I will not be able to join if I am on another mount when it starts.
   • Get ready to race
3. I must collect as many Essences of Erollisi as possible in the time allotted. (3 minutes)
   • Collect as many Essencese of Erollisi as possible!
4. I need to return to Goldie Hammerfall, the lovelorn dwarf officiating over this competition, to discuss the results.
   • Talk to Goldie Hammerfall (you should be automatically teleported back to the starting point, near Stinky Sideswiper)

Rewards

Your reward selection is based off the number of Essences you collect during the time allotted. Many of the award items may be available from Douglas or Steven too, so check what they have (before going out to race) if you prefer to chose reward items only available from this quest.

If you score at least 110, you receive the achievement:

Upon completing the quest a fifth time, you receive an additional reward, one of two prefix titles:

• Title: "Heart Racer"
• Title: "Love Chaser"

If you complete the quest a sixth time, you receive the second title you didn't pick.
