Strategy

To defeat the Godking you must also defeat the two mobs that are linked to assist him, Power of Anuk and Armor of Anuk. While three tanks are optimum for this fight, RaidWiki reports that it can be accomplished with two tanks, one high-aggro fighter such as a Berserker focusing on the Power of Anuk and Armor of Anuk, and a main tank focusing on the Godking.

Most raiding guilds suggest pulling the Power of Anuk via a ranged weapon first which will bring the Godking and Armor of Anuk. Be sure the tank fighting the Godking moves him to a corner of the room away from the other fight. Kill Power of Anuk first, which will remove the ability of the Godking to cast Flame Nova. Kill Armor of Anuk second which will drastically reduce the Godking's defense. Finish off the Godking third.
