Steps

2. Listen to the conversation
3. Speak again to Osh
4. Kill Deltic (97^) ( 4210, -1085, 1947 ) Copy/waypoint 4210, -1085, 1947 and loot skull of an othmir shaman from his body
5. Return to Osh and let him know when you are ready.
6. You will zone into the instance Cobalt Scar: The Plague.
   • Note: To exit this instance before you finish it you can use the totem at ( 4409, -1093, 1998 ) Copy/waypoint 4409.49, -1092.98, 1997.93
   • Note:this quest step has silent updates you'll need to reach 4 different locations before this step will update finally. (May be based on time in the area. If not updating, go get a drink while standing in the area.)
   • Explore the village
     • ( 4304, -1081, 1760 ) Copy/waypoint 4303.95, -1080.98, 1760.47 Make sure you are in the instance, not in Cobalt Scar, the blue quest area is also shown in Cobalt Scar but it will not update

7. Speak to Meru ( 4299, -1080, 1764 ) Copy/waypoint 4299, -1080, 1764
8. Use your Saltwater Cleansing ability on the three sick othmir near Meru
9. Speak to Meru again
10. Go to the tunnel and speak to Guard Rivas ( 4133, -1081, 2217 ) Copy/waypoint 4133, -1081, 2217
11. Speak to Meru again. Kill the a dying othmir after they slay her.
12. Enter the tunnel, pushing past the guards (they won't stop you) and work your way through it. Some of the fallen bodies will pop up into risen othmir zombies - *Tip-put on the Turtle buff and you can just run through the tunnel, ignoring the adds until you are ported out. (A bit to the north-northeast of ( 3921, -1138, 2377 ) Copy/waypoint 3921, -1138, 2377 you will get teleported out of the tunnel and back to Cobalt Scar)
13. Speak to Osh
