What does this information mean?

General Reparm is an encounter named, grouped with Captain Cinderbrow an Lieutenant Magmafist ( 428, 19, -222 ) Copy/waypoint 428, 19, -222 and ( 388, 19, -265 ) Copy/waypoint 388, 19, -265 who are on either side of him (It's random which loc which mob will be at but they both are part of the Named Encounter). They are located in Doomfire Santuary which is on the upper ledge across from spiral tower to get to Arch Mage Yozanni and are spawned by defeating all T1.

Everyone should run to where General Reparm is and stay there until circles appear on the ground, then joust back 30m and just dps em down no more worries over circles. Stay out of the dark purple spot in the circles. (Don't aoe the 2 circles that have adds. They will re-pop more circles so be sure to use singular focus) Stay out of the center as the grate opens as the die. Kill them in the following order:
- Lieutenant Magmafist
- Captain Cinderbrow
- General Reparm
