Steps

Find 5 shiny things.
- These are small white items stranded all along the beach side.
- Note: gather 5 tough vines as well, since they are needed for the craft
Polish the 5 sand shillings until they shine.
- Use the goblin workbench (18, -241, -875).
- Requires 100 Artisan, 5 scuffed sand shillings, 5 tough vines, and 5 Thaumic coal.
Bring the shiny things to Vhesh.
