On a hostile ability cast this spell has a 10% chance to cast Stalk on target of spell. Lasts for 6.0 seconds. This effect normalizes based off of a three second triggering event. Inflicts 350 - 526 piercing damage on target instantly and every second. Increases in-combat movement speed of caster by 15.0%. Cannot be modified except by direct means
