The Tower of Frozen Shadow can be entered by clicking on a mirror at ( -1118, -526, -1722 ) Copy/waypoint -1118, -526, -1722 in the Great Divide. You have the choice between several instances:
Tower of Frozen Shadow: Shadowed Corridors (Heroic) - This zone encompasses the 1st - 3rd floors of the Tower
Tower of Frozen Shadow: Umbral Halls (Heroic) - This zone encompasses the 4th - 6th floors of the Tower
Tower of Frozen Shadow: Haunt of Syl'Tor (Heroic) - This zone covers the 7th and 8th floors of the Tower
Tower of Frozen Shadow (Epic x2) - This zone contains all 7 floors as well as Tserrina on the 8th floor. You must complete Finding the Dain in the heroic version of this dungeon to gain access.
Note that there are two versions of Tower of Frozen Shadow and you may not be able to tell the difference on the mirror (they aren’t labeled (Heroic) and/or (x2) for some people; they only appear as Tower of Frozen Shadow). This guide doubles as a walkthrough for the Epic x2 version.
Defeat Xalgoti (/way 24.51, 0.05, -62.13) and use the mirror behind him to go to the second floor.
Defeat Zorglim the Departed (/way -86.47, 75.25, -98.58) to make the Librarian and her Tome attackable.
Defeat Spectral Librarian Emiida and Shadowed Tome of Ages Past (/way 0.37, 46.78, -18.28). You must keep the damage on these two mobs in a similar range at the same time to defeat them. Use the mirror you came in through to go to the third floor.
Defeat all of the slain untrained/disturbed soldiers lying on the floor in order to get the keys to open the doors for progression. Approach them to wake them up. Don't miss the one hidden at the bottom of the pool in the Bathory. Locations: (/way -60.83, 206.80, 10.85), (/way -57.73, 209.23, -21.53), (/way -42.44, 208.85, -82.86), (/way -6.73, 209.91, -71.62), (/way 50.96, 208.97, -55.20), (/way 44.82, 210.58, 54.81).
Defeat the vampires and then Romero in the Dining Room/Kitchen (/way 65.51, 207.49, 10.30). Give Romero about half a minute to arrive after the vampires are dispatched.
Defeat Vethilot the Corpsemonger (/way 4.31, 216.32, -11.87). Click on the floor, drop down to the next mirror, and take it to the fourth floor.
Defeat Cara Omica (/way 1.77, 291.94, -4.51). Go back to the mirror and take it to the fifth floor.
Defeat the 6 Golem Ushers on this floor. One patrols the entryway and the rooms on either side, one is straight ahead guarding the chapel doors, and four are in front of the chapel altar (/way -8.86, 353.55, 24.77).
Approach Manifestation of Tserrina’s Rage (/way -8.03, 354.74, 55.31) to make her attackable. Defeat her a severed hand to be able to damage her. Go back to the portal mirror and go to the sixth floor.
Listen to VhalSera and follow him through the mirror behind him (/way 112.15, 548.72, -57.54). Defeat all of the mirror tricksters to activate and go through the mirror at (/way 22.88, 554.82, -53.51).
Proceed to the next mirror (/way -108.79, 554.58, 44.66), touch it, and defeat your reflection. Go through.
Defeat all of the mirrored vipers in both rooms and progress through the next mirror at (/way -44.61, 555.11, 132.10).
Listen to VhalSera then proceed to defeat a Mirrored Serpent Lord to activate the next mirror at (/way 207.04, 548.50, 92.55). Go through.
Defeat VhalSera (/way 19.83, 560.86, 15.41) then turn around and go back through the mirror to the seventh floor.
Defeat Necretia Widowmaker (/way -74.90, 671, 216.34). She and her pals are behind a secret door with an upside-down mirror on it.
Go back to the mirror you came in through (/way 36.03, 671.55, 35.37) and go back to the first floor.
Talk to General Coldhammer (/way 39.27, -0.32, -45.36).
Go to the portal room (/way 4.91, 3.25, -88.82), enter the portal to Tserrina Syl'Tor, and defeat her.
