- Kill Ambassador Vuzur the Blackened, spawned by killed the three Adepts on the other side of the room from Shanrazad.
- Return to Shanrazad.
NOTE: On 4-23-2023, I completed this quest. I killed the Adepts, I killed Ambassador Vuzur the Blackened (2X Epic), and then the blue guy that spawned after that. I still could not get Shanrazad to talk to me to update and receive my reward. In my opinion, this quest is broken.
5/31/23 Adepts killed. Ambassador killed. Book appeared over Shanrazad. Spoke with Shanrazad and was give the option of reward. Not broken.
