Speak to Cryptkeeper Maglus at ( 170, 7, -188 ) Copy next to the northwest exit to Vermin's Snye

Kill deathly scarabs until you have 15 antennae (common update).
Return the antennae to Maglus.
Enter the Deathly Scarab Hive, which is right above Maglus.
- Collect 5 deathly scarab antennae from deathly scarab workers.
- Kill the queen, Queen Ankhestara, which will spawn along with 5 deathly scarab broodlings(25v Heroic), after you have killed all the guardians.
Exit the hive and return to Maglus.

This quest is not labeled heroic in your quest journal, but it involves fighting heroic monsters. Venturing into the hive with fellow adventurers (or at least a friendly healer) might be a smart idea.
