You can only complete one of these five training sessions every 18 hours.

Do one of the following:
- Fish for 8 Iceclad Cutlassfish in the waters around Lodizal or near the Remnants of Ring War.
- Buy 8 cutlassfish from a broker.
The quest auto-updates and auto-completes.
