This is one of five "training sessions" you must complete in order to complete the quest Dream Weaving to receive a Gryphon Call.
You can only complete one of these five training sessions every 18 hours.

Do one of the following:
- Fish for 8 Iceclad Cutlassfish in the waters around Lodizal's Dock in Icy Fingers or near the Remnants of Ring War.
- Buy 8 cutlassfish from a broker. If you have them in your pack when the quest is selected, it will auto-update as well. The cutlassfish are consumed in the process.
The quest auto-updates and auto-completes.
