Starting the Quest

Must have completed the quest To Speak as a Dragon.

After learning the Elder Dragon you can talk to Nagafen. Do so.

Steps

• Naggy will tell you that you need to revive the ice dragon Vox. To do so you need to recover some essences which are being held by three drakota. These drakotas are level 55x4.
  • Defeat Ar'ticae, the Frost Maiden in a special instance of Miragul's Menagerie.
  • Defeat Dythra, the Gloombringer in a special instance of Trembling Lagoon.
  • Defeat Mjolni, the Bringer of Storms in a special instance of Cove of Decay.
• Speak to the Sage of Ages in Antonica.
• Revive Lady Vox in her lair, which is an instance off Permafrost. To do this you need to have someone on the quest rightclick the essences in his or her inventory. If the person doing the reviving is not on the quest, you will get a very angry and very aggro level 55x4 Vox.
• After reviving Lady Vox, you need to kill a special version of King Drayek. You need to enter the instance Throne of the Kromise King (from the same door as the regular Icebound) and kill Drayek. This reveals some more drama and ends the quest.
