Steps

1. Go to Fens of Nathsar and speak with Olieop. ( -1207, -91, 634 ) Copy/waypoint -1207, -91, 634
2. Fly to Eastern Pens and talk to Ubdub the Scribe at ( -1934, -45, 1004 ) Copy/waypoint -1934, -45, 1004. After he talks to you, 2 Rilissian Elite Slavers (lvl 80 heroic, no arrows, soloable) will spawn and attack you. Speak with Ubdub the Scribe again. (respawns 5-10 minutes) He gives you a house item The Journal of Ubdub the Reet
3. Return to Olieop and speak with her.
4. Go to Kunzar Jungle and enter Sebilis to find the scimitar located at ( 126, 8, 212 ) Copy/waypoint 126, 8, 212 in a weaponrack.
   • The staircase is next left in the water room after the Quartermaster's quarters.
   • The scimitar is in the room at the top of the stairs and is clickable.
5. Return to Thelia N'Fyre in Darklight Wood to advance.
