1. Skethusk mentioned an old collapsed goblin tunnel, which is found near Grunt's Pass at ( -318, 48, 604 ) Copy/waypoint -318, 48, 604 and zone into Abandoned Mine Tunnel
  - Note: Exit to Obulus Frontier ( 98, 47, -2140 ) Copy/waypoint 98.46, 47.18, -2140.33
2. Follow the rails and search the "piles of rubble" until you find the figurine
  - Note: the location is definitely random.
Return to Skethusk in Obulus Frontier ( 479, 245, 1505 ) Copy/waypoint 479, 245, 1505.
