Speak to Matthew ( -1639, -532, -2380 ) Copy/waypoint -1639, -532, -2380 on the dock in the Iceclad-Area on Icy Fingers Island (Near Lodizal). To get there, hail the Flight Master (griffon rider) at ( 1336, -540, 406 ) Copy/waypoint 1336, -540, 406 on the Thurgadin dock and ask to be sent to Icy Fingers; evac from anywhere within Great Divide; fast travel or take the globe to Sinking Sands docks, hail the othmir Stissa, Emissary of the Speaker and choose "I'm ready to go. . ." to be sent directly to Icy Fingers.
HINT: While there be sure to fish up (fishingskill 400+ required) an iceclad cutlassfish for the Milly's Meals quest.
