This achievement is earned by using the explosive barrel within Freethinker Hideout on the wrong door. It is not enough to ignore the barrel script. The achievement is immediately earned upon destruction of the wrong door. It is possible to earn this achievement in The Fabled Freethinker Hideout (Challenge Raid). Other zones require further confirmation.
