To start this quest, you must be on the quest Shattered Seas: Chasing Greymast. You will be given this quest at a certain step of that quest.

Steps

1. Escort Kitkalla home - follow the path north to Gorir ( 1026, 24, -939 ) Copy/waypoint 1026, 24, -939
2. Speak to Elder Karrabukk, listen, THEN listen to Kitkalla.
3. Go back and forth between the two NPCs listening to one then the other.
4. Finally speak to Kikalla to get the update.
