Speak with Maelin Starpyre near the Mural of the Planes, on the ground floor in the large central area at ( 247, -7, -24 ) Copy/waypoint 247, -7, -24
Place the 7 runes on the mural symbols in the circles in the centre of the Myrist Main Stacks room where you are currently located.
