What does this information mean?

Steps

1. Go to the Grand Librarian's Office on the second floor of the Library, then take the teleporter at ( 440, 15, 230 ) Copy/waypoint 440, 15, 230 to Plane of Justice: Eternal Prison.
2. Obtain a mithril key:
   • Option A:
     1. Collect the following:
        • Search the body at ( -45, -68, -12 ) Copy/waypoint -44.69, -67.61, -11.56 and receive Planar Web Shackles recipe.
        • Squish a shackle web slinger to receive web slinger webbing.
        • Squish sludge scarabs to receive 4 scarab goo.
        • Craft Planar Web Shackles on a corroded pot of filth at ( -9, -68, -14 ) Copy/waypoint -8.61, -67.60, -13.76.
     2. Use shackles on an enforcer, then right click and choose Steal key.
   • Option B:
     1. Kill the enforcer.
     2. Collect a mithril cell key at ( 28, -67, 9 ) Copy/waypoint 28, -67, 9
3. Speak with Druzzil Ro at ( 441, 15, 228 ) Copy/waypoint 441, 15, 228
4. Use the mithril key to open the door at ( 33, -68, -6 ) Copy/waypoint 33, -68, -6.
5. Kill Balgros to obtain a feyiron key.
6. Open the door to Tayilo N'Velex's cell at ( 11, -67, -7 ) Copy/waypoint 11, -67, -7 and speak to her.
7. Travel to The Enchanted Lands and use a half-buried statue at ( -1012, -1, -385 ) Copy/waypoint -1012, -1, -385 to enter Isle of Vul: Bellengere's Dark Spire.
8. Kill all the mobs and Fathad Zastim to obtain the Shadow Gem and unlock the barrier.
9. Destroy the barrier at ( 30, 40, -88 ) Copy/waypoint 30, 40, -88.
10. Kill the 4 savage grathok. Move the piles of goo they drop to the tower to destroy the barrier.
11. Kill the shadowmen and gather the Void Shard Key at ( 68, 45, -111 ) Copy/waypoint 68, 45, -111.
12. Destroy the barrier at ( 75, 67, -98 ) Copy/waypoint 75, 67, -98.
13. Speak to Bellengere the Three at ( 81, 69, -101 ) Copy/waypoint 81, 69, -101.
14. Return to Maelin Starpyre at ( 244, -7, -24 ) Copy/waypoint 244, -7, -24 in Myrist, the Great Library.
