Kill the final nameds, Koni Ferus and Pete Bogg in Vegarlson: Ruins of Rathe [Solo] at ( -67, 80, 429 ) Copy/waypoint -67, 80, 429, to obtain a tectonic fragment. You will be teleported to ( 665, 42, -341 ) Copy/waypoint 665, 42, -341.
Move toward Lady Najena and listen to her monologue, then attack her.
Pull Najena toward the water around ( 587, 13, -310 ) Copy/waypoint 587, 13, -310. She will occasionally summon adds. She cannot be killed.
Eventually, Najena will start throwing giant snow mounds at you. Place them near the water to form a bridge. You must place the first snow mound in the ground on the peninsula jutting out into the water. Each mound must be placed at the end of the growing bridge. If you did not place you mouond in the correct place, you will receive a message telling you the snow mound is not effective there.
Najena may not throw snow mounds at you if you are standing on the ice bridge, requiring you to run back to solid land to get your next mound.
You CANNOT jump to the portal. The bridge must go ALL the way across, which requires about 5 snow mounds.
The final snow mound freezes part of its path slightly underwater. You have enough frozen pathway created when there's ice under the portal.
Once the bridge is complete, click on the portal at ( 471, 14, -297 ) Copy/waypoint 471, 14, -297 to port back to the start of the zone.
