After completing Against the Elements for Freeport or Against the Elements for Qeynos quest (depending on your alignment), you can continue hunting elemental tempests with their 5 elemental spawns for further rewards. These rewards are in the form of collection members, for the collection: Raging Elemental Scintilla and by killing the elemental tempest at the end, you will also receive this new currency, which may be used to buy house items from certain merchants: For those aligned with Qeynos, it is Mage Fulcrum Gearshift, who is located near The Concordium Tower at ( 706, -20, 169 ) Copy/waypoint 706, -20, 169 in the Qeynos Capitol District. While in Freeport, you need to visit Scientist Dally Scrumplecog outside the Academy of Arcane Science at ( -10, -8, -90 ) Copy/waypoint -10, -8, -90.
