Nothing is free and building, maintaining, and supporting the herald's camp is expensive. That's why the herald of E'Ci has requested that we assist in offsetting the camp's cost by retrieving a valuable relic guarded by Miasmasula. I need to retrieve the relic.

It's under the surface of the water, you may need to change your camera angle to see it, especially if your character is tall
Bug report (2024-03-04): If your inventory is full, you open the Relic chest and attempt to take the relic then the attempt to retrieve the relic will fail. The quest will fail to update and it is impossible to complete the quest. Another attempt to complete the quest by retrieving the relic will fail as the game reports you have already retrieved the relic. Logging out and/or leaving the zone will not correct the defect. Note the 90 minute dungeon lockout timer. When possible, clear the dungeon Lockout Timer and repeat the quest with available space in bags.
