The herald of E'Ci has asked me to assist in gathering icebound energy reserves for the avatar's summoning rituals. The energy needs to be pure for the ritual to succeed. I've been provided with a container to assist with the collecting the icebound energy, but it will only activate when powerful foes draw their last breath.
