What does this information mean?

Drusella casts a mem-wipe during the fight, but her true problem is the stoneskin-like spell that displays a bone cage around her, providing her with healing from all combat slashing, crushing, and piercing attacks. Technically she is not immune to these attacks, but any attack on her functions heals her for roughly 8 percent for each attack while she is caged.

Her emote when casting this spell is "Spirits of the Jarsath, shield me with your icy talons." The cast time is approximately three seconds, accompanied by a purple skull and a Shadowknight-like spell cloud.

When the spell takes effect, bone hands will form a cage around her and she will emote "The ritual is complete!" (She speaks in Sathirian, think of it if you want to use a trigger) Until the bone hands disappear, the mob must not be damaged, including autoattack. This spell also will clear any debuffs and DoTs from which she is suffering.

Successful groups in the past recommend organizing carefully to prevent accidental damage. Some groups prefer a 10 second in / 10 second out approach. Many groups seem to agree that having a single person coordinate the commencement and discontinuation of attack is warranted, either by hotkey macro or voice chat.

Make sure to have all non-player controlled pets turned off! She was not hard once we got rid of the spirit companions and god pets that kept going in to heal her up.

The tank should ensure very strong taunting initially and during each out-of-combat session to ensure consistent aggro. (Be sure that any taunts do not land damage.)

Specifically, be careful with PoTM, Velium Gift, and Tandem, all of which proc damage.

Drusella is self-rooted while she is protected by her stoneskin.
