2. Confront one of the mistgoblin shaman about the dragonic magic. Get near a Mistgoblin Shaman he will become non agro with a Book/Feather over his head. Hail him and complete the text.
3. Investigate the area north of the mistgoblins to find this dragon's camp. ( 24, 152, -840 ) Copy/waypoint 24, 152, -840
4. Speak with Sirris Xanx
