Go to the North Freeport gate
Eeavesdrop on a conversation by hiding behind the western side of the gates
- At ( 82, -7, 112 ) Copy/waypoint 82, -7, 112 you'll see a speech balloon.
- Prompt the conversation to learn the location of the meeting.
Go poison the cups at the meeting place ( -17, -2, 83 ) Copy/waypoint -17, -2, 83 with the Fate's Whisper. Right click the two cups to poison them.
Return to Delcairn.
