Steps
Talk to Queue at ( 1494, 160, -2060 ) Copy/waypoint 1494, 160, -2060 to get the Di'Zok Couriors spawn on the Filrek's Eye Ramp ( 1315, 109, -2199 ) Copy/waypoint 1315, 109, -2199.
Use Queue's Humanoid Tagger to tag one of the Di'Zok couriors as they leave Filrek's Eye.
Return to Germa Prash Germa Prash at location ( 1277, 153, -2088 ) Copy/waypoint 1277, 153, -2088 for your award.
If you run to a spot just north of the top of the ramp, on the lip of the canyon, and look down, you can see the couriers. After they pass you, tag one. Done right, noone will ever see you.
