I attempted to break this up into manageable parts. As such, the Flying Mount and Coldain Prayer Shawl quests AND their prerequisites are not included. The good news is you won't need any portable tables, unless running back to Matthew is too far for you. All the needed crafting tables are near him, if they aren't by the questgiver. To get through the Great Divide tradeskill quests, you will need the following items (includes Fina's Retreat and Thurgadin Harbor but NOT Thurgadin or Goahmari Village (flying mount prereq's), or the quests from Tora (Blessed Coldain Prayer Shawl HQ prereq.)):
