- To spawn, find a malformed sentry somewhere on the path between the Pedestal of Judgment and the Sentry Creation Chamber. Walk with the malformed sentry until it reaches the Pedestal of Judgment. It will stop in the middle of the four Sentries of Punishment. After a moment the Sentries of Punishment will begin attacking the malformed sentry. The Defiled Sentry may spawn as soon as they attack it.
