   • Near entrance to The Grand Athenaeum ( 2657, 83, 1317 ) Copy/waypoint 2657, 83, 1317
   • Gorowyn City Services Complex ( 2648, 66, 1174 ) Copy/waypoint 2648, 66, 1174
   • At the end of the outside dock by the Kylong Plains bell ( 2321, 1, 1455 ) Copy/waypoint 2321, 1, 1455
2. On the platform near the foreign broker in The Timorous Maw ( 2489, 33, 1343 ) Copy/waypoint 2489, 33, 1343
   • After decorating the final location, Mr. McScroogle (equal level) will spawn and attack you. Kill him.
