What does this information mean?

Note: If you're level 45+ and "good", it can be a lot of fun to sneak around Freeport and come home with an amusing tree. Use the Thieves Way and exit at West Freeport then carefully cross the street to talk to Gevil. The locations for decorating are all reachable with a little care, and are close to the South Freeport exit of the Thieves way. The last location is close to the West Freeport exit.

1. Help decorate the areas of South Freeport in celebration of Frostfell.

   • You will be attacked by Mr McSroogle, defeat him
3. Return to Gevil
