Steps

1. Once you are ready, inform Vishra as such and he will zone you into Scarstone Commander's Tent: Small Council.
2. Speak with either Lucan (evil aligned players) or Antonia (good aligned players).
3. Follow the dialogue between Antonia, Lucan, and Vishra.
4. Exit the command tent (click on the tent flap at ( 4365, -821, 402 ) Copy/waypoint 4365, -821, 402 ).
5. Speak to Jorlak at ( 4297, -821, 397 ) Copy/waypoint 4297, -821, 397 just outside of Scarstone to complete the quest.
