Gather 15 soggy bones from the bottom of the ocean floor in Everstorm Bay. The bones, which are added to your inventory, are gathered underwater from Sunken Bones nodes located west of the Everfrost Docks, around where where the two small icebergs are. They are random spawns, however see the talk page for locations confirmed by other players.
