LEGENDARY, Hunter's Union PRESTIGE NO-TRADE,  NO-VALUE Adds the following to an item: 8 Primary Attributes 8 Stamina 3 Combat Skills  0.7% Crit Chance 1.1 Mitigation Increase 0.7 Potency 0.3 Fervor Hunter's Stalking Item Type Cloak,  Head,  Shoulders,  Chest,  Forearms,  Hands,  Legs,  Feet,  Primary,  Secondary,  Ranged,  Neck,  Ear,  Finger,  Wrist,  Waist,  Charm Slot Type White Adornment Slot Level 50 (Tier 6) Effects: When Equipped: Increases in-combat movement speed of caster by 5.0%. On a hostile ability cast this spell has a 10% chance to cast Stalk on target of spell. Lasts for 6.0 seconds. This effect normalizes based off of a three second triggering event. Inflicts 68 - 101 piercing damage on target instantly and every second. Increases in-combat movement speed of caster by 15.0%. Cannot be modified except by direct means
