Aleesia, a Growth centered glaufaye, has asked me to lower the number of aggressive creatures from Luminous Steppe. This will allow the slower reproducing flora and fauna the necessary time to recover.

Kill 12 creatures selected by Aleesia to help maintain the balance of life. This will be one of the following types. These quests seem to alternate, so if you are in a group and get different quests, have the other members keep applying for the quest until everyone is on the same page. It is usually not necessary, but they may need to leave group or do one quest alone to align themselves the first time.
