What does this information mean?

Description

Exploragist Zokil believes that the crystals near the Frontier Mountains, on the ridge to the east of Kurn's Tower, may have properties that the goblins could apply to their devices. He has asked that I retrieve pieces of the crystals and return them to him. I should be able to find the nodes along the base of the mountain.
