What does this information mean?

Notes

• It is possible to walk straight to Fippy in the back room and get his quest The Motley Merchant Manifest.
• You can kill all of the circle initiates and still get Fippy's quest.
• If you kill an Unseen Hand taskmaster, it will cause all of the circle initiates to attack you, Fippy will run out of the zone, and Rollus the Sly becomes a level 12▲▲▲ heroic aggro mob. Once you come under attack by Rollus, Unseen Hand initiates will spawn in the back room.
  • If you have killed everything in the zone without getting Fippy's quest, zoning back in is safe as long as you do NOT talk to the Unseen Hand taskmaster. Doing so causes her and all the circle initiates to immediately attack you.
