Reduces Double Attack chance of target by 5.0% This spell can not be modified except by direct means If Target is not Epic This spell can not be modified except by direct means.

Notes

There are actually several Crippling Assault sets with the same name and effects. Items from a different set will not contribute towards the set bonus in another set. In other words, you will not get a two set bonus for just wearing both a Battlepriest's Band and Crippling Amulet, since they belong in different sets.
