Steps

1. Slay the following mobs:
   • 20 shade prowlers, found in the Sinking Sands at ( -1176, -216, -136 ) Copy/waypoint -1176, -216, -136
   • 20 sunstrider gazelles, found in the Pillars of Flame at ( 780, -107, -527 ) Copy/waypoint 780, -107, -527
   • a Blades tower captain
   • a Truth tower captain
2. Return to Neriph, Caliph of the Coin.
3. Complete the following tasks, in no particular order:
   • Speak to Ahzeem the Bartermaster in Maj'Dul at ( 67, 148, -143 ) Copy/waypoint 67, 148, -143.
   • Speak to Gaazahl the Merchant in Maj'Dul at ( -235, 160, -106 ) Copy/waypoint -235, 160, -106.
     • Defeat the thugs and speak to Gaazahl the Merchant again.
   • Speak to Honest Ali in the Sinking Sands.
   • Kill crocodiles/caimen in the Sinking Sands for 20 uncommon updates.
4. Return to Neriph, Caliph of the Coin.
5. Hire a new preceptor and 'fire' the old one:
   • Speak to Preceptor Jazeel in Maj'Dul at ( 30, 137, 217 ) Copy/waypoint 30, 137, 217.
   • Kill Preceptor Kamal, who spawns at( 28, 137, 188 ) Copy/waypoint 28.39, 137.09, 187.55. He spawns with one add in front of the door to the Champions' Court shortly after the cheering fans spawn then travels up the stairs. Spawn time is around 40 minutes. Has been seen spawning at 4:15 a.m. and 9:25 p.m. EQ2 time. If you have trouble spawning him see the Discussion Page for more information.
     • If you are the only player in Maj'Dul, if you zone out of the city and then back in, the zone will repopulate - spawning both the cheering fans and Preceptor Jazeel as you approach his spawn location.
6. Return to Neriph, Caliph of the Coin.
