Must have completed the quest Court of Truth: Ishara's Search.

Speak to Ishara, Caliph of Truth

Steps

Harvesting:
- Harvest 20 beryllium cluster
- Harvest 20 rough nacre
Speak to Steward of the Vizier
Killing 1:
- Kill 15 an Anaz Mal diviner
- Kill Raef Ew lizardmen around ( -430, -110, -900 ) Copy/waypoint -430, -110, -900 for 25 rare updates
Return to Steward of the Vizier
Kill 50 orcs in Clefts of Rujark
Go to ( -1320, -188, -1130 ) Copy/waypoint -1320, -188, -1130 in Sinking Sands.

Right click and place staves in each of the five rocks

When all are placed, Altairenanhk will come flying. The actual update is from the kill, not the staves, so you can do this in a group.
