What does this information mean?

Steps

1. Approach Cookie's Dump Pile ( -109, -125, 630 ) Copy/waypoint -109, -125, 630 by night.
2. Examine the Dump Pile and a lvl 76^^ non-aggro mob called Cookie's Monster will spawn on top of the Dump Pile.
3. Kill the monster and loot the Handfuls of Old Food from the ornate chest.
4. Return to Cookie Yevek.

TIPS: You can't camp at the Dump Pile...unless you approach it at night, you will not get the update that enables you to examine it. Repeat killing the monster (so everyone can loot the chest and receive the Handful of Old Foods) by examining the Dump Pile again for an immediate respawn.
