Steps

1. Use the Ethereal Mender on severed or torn ethereal threads, black whirlwinds found in the area around the camp and spires.
   • You need to do this in pairs. Match one torn and one severed thread to get one update.
   • When you start a pair all of the same type will disappear.
   • When grouped everyone gets update for one person's activities
2. Return to Tal'il Amhenti to complete the quest.
