Steps

1. Speak to Maareona to start the quest; she will give you a "Nullification Stone" and "Soul Spike."
2. Speak to Cayan Sable to receive a folding stand.
3. Go to the vicinity of the Fountain of Deep Reflection in the central square of Starcrest Commune and examine the display stand in your inventory to place it.
4. Click the placed display stand on the ground to place the soul spike.
5. Click the placed soul spike to place the nullification stone.
6. Return to Maareona to complete the quest.
