When you enter the final Nexus Core room you will see him in Epic X4 mode at this time you cannot melee him. What you can do is look for the missles laying on the ground and activate them. Whenever you activate one step back or it will launch you in the air. Before you begin the fight if you are like me you will activate all of the missiles. They act as land mines to stun Raklish. He moves slowly and will follow you in a straight line so just put a missile between you and him and he will hit it. When he is stunned run to the column and click it to repair it. Depending on Raklish's distance from the column you can get in as many as three clicks if you are lucky and fast between stuns. Remember do not let him hit you it is a one hit kill while he is epic X4.
The Second part of the fight begins after he respawns as level 101^ normal tank and spank but every once in a while he would say something in red about planting his feet I backed off and it only did 4-8K damage not sure if it is more if closer, I didn't chance it.
