Notes

Each Public Quest can award you up to two Cloudy Velium Jewels each day (for a total of up to four per day) that can be turned into the various Velious faction merchants for a 500 point increase in faction with that group. It can also be earned from the solo shard missions in Thurgadin Harbor As per March 8, 2012 update Cloudy Velium Jewels are heirloom.
