The information below has been verified with in-game data and the information on this page is correct, even if it looks stupid or makes no sense.

Fact: Both Birds of a Feather and Cloudy Skies reward the Flying Feathers, used for the meta-collection Entertaining Dinner. This has been reported as a bug to SOE.
