1. Collect 5 "broken widgets" from the dock area.
2. Scribe the Blueprint: Widget Repair recipe.
3. Craft 5 repaired widgets at the workbench located at ( 1291, -540, 472 ) Copy/waypoint 1291, -540, 472. You will need:
   1. 5 Titanium ore
   2. 5 Quicksilver cluster
   3. 5 Ethereal Coal
4. Return the widgets to Fenwick.

Note: Fenwick has more quests for you if you are a skill level 400 tinkerer.
